Turn the dial anti-clockwise to lower the target temperature. Push the dial to wake up the thermostat. Once the screen turns on press the Menu button. Turn the dial to select Heat, then push the dial.
Customers don't need to own a Hive thermostat and can add additional devices as part of the subscription. The US package leads with a thermostat and is priced at $24.99 a month, while the lower-priced UK package opens up a new market for Hive among home renters who may not have the option of installing a thermostat.
And the Receiver lets your thermostat and boiler talk to each other when they are fitted close to your boiler. Please note: this product does not include installation. You can either install it yourself or take a look at our package with professional installation included.
Contrary to popular belief, you don't need to be with British Gas to have Hive. It works with any supplier and with most boilers. You can, of course, look out for deals where you get the system free if you switch to British Gas and if you're already a first-gen Hive owner, you can upgrade to the new thermostat for £99.
To get the most out of Hive, bring your entire team into your workspace.
- Click on the "+Invite" Icon.
- Enter the email of the team member you want to add.
- Select the group/project the member should be in (group = chat group, fyi!)

What happens if more than one device is using the Hive app or online dashboard? All devices using the Hive app or online dashboard will see the last changes made and have full control to make changes. The last change received will be reflected in the Hive products and can be overrided by any other device.
