When you've got your hands on a Minccino (Route 5, numerous Wild Area regions), you can evolve it into a Cinccino by using a Shiny Stone on it. Finally, evolve a Togepi (Bridge Field) into Togetic (Stony Wilderness) and you can use a Shiny Stone to evolve it one further into Togekiss.
>In Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, after entering the Hall of Fame, when the player attempts to board the S.S. Aqua for the first time, Professor Oak will appear and upgrade the player's Pokédex with the National Mode.
2 Answers. You can get a Shiny Stone by getting 1st place in the Bug Catching Contest and you can get them at the PokeDome on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday for 3000 points. Note: You can only get it after getting the National Dex.
To check its friendship, the easiest way is asking a particular person in Konikoni City. Also, high friendship alone won't evolve it. The evolution mechanic only checks for friendship when the Pokemon levels up, so Golbat will only evolve upon leveling up.
Evolve your Zubat into Golbat if you started with one.
Through normal battling and training, or by leaving it at the Daycare, bring your Zubat to level 22, then evolve it. Once you have a Golbat you can get a Crobat. It can only evolve after receiving the National Pokedex. If it levels up with enough friendship before then, the evolution screen will appear, but the game will automatically cancel it before it evolves.
You have to catch at least 60 different pokemon and have beaten the elite 4. Then talk to porffesor oak. he should give you the National Dex.
Togepi evolves into Togetic once you increase its happiness to 220. Unfortunately there are two things that combine to mean Togetic is not very good: 1. Final note: In later games Togetic becomes pretty good because of better typing, better moves, a great ability, the physical/special split and Eviolite.
Togekiss has a 120 Special Attack stat and an 80 Speed stat, making it a solid choice as an attacker. It has a large move pool that gives it plenty of coverage, as well as a STAB Flying-type attack that makes it a great candidate for Dynamaxing.
You should level them up Until level 45 Seeing thats when they learn one of their best moves, Double-Edge. However, Togekiss is a special attacker but that doesn't mean this attack is no good it can still do outstanding with its high power.
The short answer is to include it in battles and on your team, feed it curry at camps, feed it berries and vitamins, and have it hold a Soothe Bell if you have one. Do all of this and eventually your Togepi will evolve to Togetic. All it takes to evolve into Togekiss after that is to use a Shiny Stone.

Enter the Bug-Catching Contest and capture a Scyther. Give the Metal Coat to Scyther and offer to trade Scyther on the Global Trade Station (GTS). Make an impossible request, such as a level 1 Mewtwo, to ensure Scyther does not get traded. Immediately withdraw Scyther from the GTS, and it will evolve into a Scizor.
A popular spawn location you can find Togekiss is in the Dusty Bowl area with a 2% chance to spawn during Fog weather.
Togekiss Location in Pokemon Sword & Shield: You can find Togekiss in the following locations:
- Dusty Bowl (Flying) OVERWORLD – Heavy Fog (Lv. 54-54) – 02% Spawn Chance (Very Rare)
- Appears in 5-star Raids (Lv. 55-60) – 5 Raids in total have this Pokemon.
- From evolving Togetic by giving it a Shiny Stone.

And lastly, Togepi needs to gain a level to evolve after it has achieved 200+ happiness points (see more about that here). Then it will evolve into Togetic.
Togekiss (Japanese: ????? Togekiss) is a dual-type Fairy/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. Prior to Generation VI, it was a dual-type Normal/Flying Pokémon. It evolves from Togetic when exposed to a Shiny Stone. It is the final form of Togepi.
Togekiss is slow, so Thunder Wave is a good utility to speed it up. Air Slash is a potent STAB option with a 60% chance to flinch, which also helps similarly to Thunder Wave. Shadow Ball takes care of Psychics and Ghosts who will try to hinder your sweeping. Finally, Silver Wind punishes Grasses, Psychics, and Darks.
