Your TV will need to have a Pandora app installed. If your TV doesn't have Roku or Android built in then you will only be able to get Pandora if that is one of the apps the manufacturer offers. Samsung smart TV says player network is not connected but was just connected days ago (e.g., Pandora).

Deleting Apps From Samsung TV – Example Two
