Despite the warnings of her allies, Ryūko obliged, breaking into Honnōji Academy and clashing blades with Nui once again. When Rei Hōōmaru arrived with news of Satsuki's escape from the academy, Ragyō sent Ryūko to hunt her down, but not before the latter kissed Nui in order to give her "something to feel good about".
In episode 18, it is revealed that Ryūko is actually her younger sister who Satsuki thought was to be dead, which noticeably causes a deep change in their relation towards the second half of the series. In Episode 22, she and Ryūko make up at last and agree to fight together to defeat Ragyō.
Goku can blow up planets. Ryuko has no chance. Goku can destroy planets and at ep 24 in kill la kill Ragyō does know that destroying your heart will kill you so if Goku finds that out he will win.
In a literal sense, the series ended because the studio behind it did not produce any further episodes. Narratively, it was over because the story it was meant to end was told and concluded. There were no further efforts made to continue it because there was nothing further to continue.

Satsuki Kiryuin was one of the main characters in the Kill La Kill anime. She was introduced as its most powerful individual and the villainous counterpart to Ryuko Matoi, with their rivalry being the center focus to the first half of the series.
Ehmm, Ryuko is already a tomboy. Yes, but just like you can make strawberry cake better by putting strawberries on it, you can make a tomboy tomboyisher by giving her a tomboyish hairstyle.
Final BattleAfter Ragyō dons Shinra-Kōketsu and absorbs Rei to activate its "Absolute Submission" ability, Senketsu is forcibly reverted to his normal form. Ryūko eventually removes him in order to fight Nui, having realized that she is immune to Ragyō's powers by virtue of being a human-Life Fiber hybrid.
When she's finally gone, so is her burning desire for revenge. After Ryuko says her speech about letting go of the past, Homaru lunges at Satsuki with a knife and cuts a little chunk of her hair off and grazes her neck.
At no point in the series does Mako ever confess any romantic feelings for Ryuko. Instead, she always refers to her as her “friend”, because that it what she is to her.
2 BEST: Ryuko Matoi x Mako MankanshokuTogether, there's nothing that their guileless earnestness can't defeat. Plus they go on a date in the credits of the final episode.
The animation of Kill La Kill's OVA are the same thing in the Kill La Kill animated shows. They have so many animation skills, such as the fight animation in the first image above.
Those who have seen the first season know that Mako eventually develops a romantic relationship with Asami while Korra pines over him. The creators decided to break up Mako and Asami, and have Korra and Mako (whose ship name is "Makorra") end up together at the end of season 1.
Kill La Kill isn't just worth the watch, it's one of my favorite shows. And the dub is gold, they really cast the perfect voices for the characters IMO and the dub script built on the hilarity of the original series. If you're a fan of anime and dubs, it's not to be missed.
But Kill la Kill's impact does not come from postmodern irony or guile. It comes from pure, visceral style that hits the viewer with megaton force. Imaishi and his animators are absolute masters of their art form, and the things they accomplish with a TV series animation budget are breathtaking.
Kill la Kill's dub is one of the best
dubs out there. And I say that having watched it subbed first. The characters are extremely well cast and the comedy is way funnier in the
dub. Highly recommend it.

Kill La Kill is a magical girl anime in the same manner that Deadpool is a superhero comic. However, When a show uses said tropes so sparsely the lack of magic does make it go even farther from the genre.
[KILL LA KILL] Ryuko is not a daughter of Ragyo and the truth behind "Neither human nor clothing". However, this couldn't be the case, since Ryuko and Senkets are previously both revealed to be made up of Life Fibers alone.
