Performance Shoes: Most Skechers GOwalk and GOrun shoes with non-leather uppers can be safely machine washed. Using a pillowcase or laundry bag to hold both shoes, wash on the gentle cycle and air-dry. Do not place shoes in dryer. We do not recommend machine washing the Skechers Performance Nite Owl luminescent shoes.
Wash performance or light-up Sketchers by brushing them with soapy water. For nylon or mesh Sketchers, you can wash them in the washing machine. For suede, nubuck, or leather shoes, you'll have to be more careful and brush them off. Finally, for that extra touch, wash and bleach your laces for a sparkling fresh look.
They are not removable but you still may be able use your orthonic insoles. The insoles that come in the shoes are not overly thick so your insoles probably would fit over top of them without much problem.

You can neutralize your foot odor with a warm water foot soak. Simply fill up a foot basin with warm or cold water, add in 1/3 a cup of apple cider vinegar and soak your feet for 15 minutes.
