What was wrong in "Manusmriti" that Dr. Since they were obsessed with their so called casted based superiority and created untouchability; the interpolated verses of manu smriti came to practise even much deeper. Since scripture are the source for religious practise, Dr. Ambedkar burnt it.
Brahmin men can marry Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya and even Shudra women but Shudra men can marry only Shudra women. Although Brahmin, Kshatriya, and Vaishya men have been allowed inter-caste marriages, even in distress they should not marry Shudra women.

It is attributed to the legendary first man and lawgiver, Manu. The received text dates from circa 100 ce. The Manu-smriti prescribes to Hindus their dharma—i.e., that set of obligations incumbent on each as a member of one of the four social classes (varnas) and engaged in one of the four stages of life (ashramas).
According to Purana, Manu's story occur before 28 chaturyuga in the present Manvantara which is the 7th Manvantara. This amounts to 120 million years ago. This narrative is similar to other flood myths like the Gilgamesh flood myth and the Genesis flood narrative.
