Viktor Krum met his partner in his home land of Bulgaria. In the summer of 1997 Viktor Krum discovered that Hermione Granger, whom he had been interested in since 1994, was "sort of" together with Ron Weasley, and decided to not hold out hope for her any longer.
Overview. Fleur Isabelle Delacour was once a student at the French magical school, Beauxbatons Academy. She was chosen to be her school's Champion in the Triwizard Tournament that was held at Hogwarts in book 4. It is the commonest misconception that Lily Luna Potter is named after Luna Lovegood, which is not the fact. Middle name of Harry and Ginny's daughter is derived from Remus Lupin. So he named his daughter 'Luna' meaning moony.
Based on the books, the only person who ever figured out that Harry was a Horcrux was Dumbledore. The fact that Harry was a Horcrux would probably have been the last thing Hermione would have guessed, and if she knew, she wouldn't have let Harry go sacrifice himself.

Hermione disliked Fleur since the Goblet of fire, Everytime Ron saw her he was interested in Fleur which made Hermione jealous.
Fleur is somewhat standoffish, a foreigner, and has a strong personality. Additionally, she seems to take a great deal of pride in herself and her own heritage. Thus, they find her bossy and rude, and Molly thus feels her unsuitable for her son.
Fleur / Phlegm. None of the Weasleys particularly cared for Bill's beautiful part-Veela fiancée, Fleur Delacour, but it took Ginny to come up with the contemptuous nickname 'Phlegm' to describe her. The name 'Phlegm' is most obviously based on the similarity of sound between 'Fleur' and 'phlegm'.

Ginny disliked her for her general attitude towards everything; she gave Fleur the nickname "Phlegm". Its partly because it sounds similar to Fleur and partly to make fun of Fleur's throaty accent.
Draco Malfoy is apparently part Veela because he is blonde, presumably. But back to Draco. Bill and Fleur have one son, Louis, so it is possible for a male to be part Veela but the whole Draco is part Veela story line seems to mostly come from various fan fics.

Since Teddy Lupin is the only child of a werewolf that we know of in the series, this seems like an intentional way of implying that he wasn't a werewolf. No, the werewolf condition is not hereditary. It can ONLY be passed on through a bite. Teddy might have been half werewolf, but he is only a Metamorphmagus.
