Details: Peyton is the adopted daugher of Larry Sawyer. She found out in season 3 that she was adopted, but it has not changed her feelings towards her father at all. The two are very close.

In Walk Two Moons, Sal kisses trees for a number of reasons. First, the trees help to demonstrate Sal's very close relationship to nature.

On their way home, Sal, remembering her own mother, tries to tell Phoebe that Mrs.Winterbottom may have wanted to leave, but had not been able to explain why she wanted to leave to Phoebe. She goes so far as to suggest that Mrs. Winterbottom might not come back, and Phoebe silences her vehemently.
Just as he says this, Brooke's cell rings and she finds out it is the doctor. Ending the call, she confirms to Lucas that she is pregnant and storms away from Lucas.
Nathan loves Haley enough to NEVER cheat on her. If he was that kind of guy, he would have done it with Taylor, Rachel and Carrie. And you know that, in the "moment of truth", he refused to cheat on Haley and he didn't. Relax, Nathan did NOT cheat on Haley.
