It is the western most hangar with the best clearance. However, I heard it is the furthest from Lazers and Pegasus vehicles spawn closer to 3497 and A2. Honestly, I don't ever use pegagsus aircraft and if I do, it should already be in my hangar. Therefore, 3499 is the best hangar right?
You won't even have to purchase supplies for your Bunker or MC businesses, the Nightclub makes them all completely passive income, except for the sale. And since it allows you to enjoy the game more, and grind less, it seems to me that the Nightclub is a good purchase, as long as you have all that other stuff already.

I've done them all solo, they can just take longer. Give them a try; they're quick, easy, new, and fun. The payout isn't great solo, it works out to $17,000 per mission, sourcing one at a time and selling at maximum capacity. It seems hangar missions have similar profitability to contact missions.
