Zoom has a “Poll” function that allows you to let your students (participants) answer multiple choice questions. You could also use it as a way to quiz your students, since the answers can be recorded with identification of each student.
If you have an evening devoted to a quiz, whether a corporate event or a pub quiz, somewhere between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 hours is ideal – I'd probably plump for 2 hours of quizzing with a break in the middle.
