While the Department of Veterans Affairs offers home loan assistance, it doesn't offer car loans for veterans. Under some circumstances, however, VA can help with a vehicle purchase. If you qualify, you can use this money to buy a vehicle that is adapted to your needs.
Colmery Veterans Educational Assistance Act, aka the “Forever GI Bill.” This new and improved version of the GI Bill makes educational benefits more accessible to service members, veterans, and their families. It eliminated the 15-year time limit tied to the Post-9/11 GI Bill.

Community colleges ease students into the rigors of higher education. If you use your GI Bill for community college, you may find support for your academic experience is often more personal and accessible than at some four-year universities.
The G.I.Bill was racially discriminatory, as it was intended to accommodate Jim Crow laws. Due to the discrimination by local and state governments, as well as by private actors in housing and education, the G.I. failed to benefit African Americans as it did with white Americans.
Education GoalsFor students only wanting a four-year degree, the best choice may be the Post 9/11 GI Bill. But for students considering a goal of getting an advanced degree, a better option may be to use the MGIB-AD for four years, switch to the Post 9/11 GI Bill and get the additional 12 months of entitlement.
