The number is 479-277-2643. You'll need the store location where the item was purchased, the date on which you purchased it and your debit or credit card. It is also helpful to know the entire amount charged to your card. Once Walmart has this information, they'll look up the receipt and fax you a copy.
(That is, the cash register and related systems.) Also, grocery items will have an F to the right of the item's (SKU?) number which appears in the center column. Note that this is based on my interpretation of my receipts and the receipts may be different in California.

- Head to Walmart's Brickseek inventory checker, enter your zip code, the SKU # or UPC #, and click on the Check Inventory button.

To find the SKU, first locate the product on the Walmart website. Once you have the URL, you'll see a six to eight digit string of numbers near the end. That's your SKU number.
Definitely. You can also check online, but that's not even close to as accurate as what the people in the store have access to. If you happen to have a barcode/upc as well, make sure to mention that first. It's extremely easy to check on a product if you've got the upc.
The SKU is also refereed to as the item part number. This can be found on the outside of the product carton and sometimes on your receipt, it is not on the product instructions, those numbers are specific to the instructions. The SKU or part number is a 7 digit number starting with an 8, example 8000148.

If your receipt didn't print a redemption code, please call Walmart Customer Support at (800) 925-6278 to receive your code.
