Yes, there are bathrooms on all Greyhound buses. They are located at the rear of the bus. They are pretty basic and only contain a toilet and hopefully some toilet paper. There is no running water and the toilet doesn't even flush.
Students enrolled in Elementary or Middle School can pay reduced fares or use discounted passes when they board the bus without any special ID. However, in order to use a Semester Pass, Elementary and Middle School students must have either a school ID or a free VIA Reduced Fare ID.

If you bought a Flexible fare you can refund or exchange your ticket for free. You need to make the exchange or refund request before the travel date of your original ticket. With all other fare types, your ticket is non-refundable but you can still change it for a $20 fee prior to your scheduled departure date.
Greyhound representatives at bus stations will not print your tickets and most bus stations do not have printing facilities. If you choose this option, then you must present yourself at the Greyhound counter before departure time in order to print your ticket2.
Customers can buy their tickets on Greyhound.com, either via desktop or mobile web, and select E-Ticket as their delivery method under Ticket Options. On the day of travel, customers simply check in from their smartphone starting two hours before their scheduled departure time and the boarding pass will be shown.
