People say that Magic is going to die every week. 27 years later and it's still going as strong as ever. Magic is not dying, but thousands of it's most enfranchised players are losing their love for the game and the future for Magic is bleaker than it has ever been.

Most of the expensive cards in the Yu-Gi-Oh! scene are expensive for their form of rarity, as opposed to Magic cards that are only pricey because they are necessary to stay relevant in the competitive scene. The Truth. The truth is that yes, trading card games are indeed dying. It isn't just Pokémon or Magic, it is all of them. Technology has advanced enough to cause people, children, especially, to become engulfed in a world of cyber interaction that eliminates the need for publicly social interaction.
TCG means Trading Card Game and OCG means Original Card Game. OCG is played in asia (japan, Korea, China and so on) while the TCG is played everywhere else (America, Europe and so on).

Yu-Gi-Oh (YGO) and Magic the Gathering (MTG) are the two most popular trading card in games, possibly in the entire world. The two rival only each other, with no other game coming close to rivaling either of them (With the exception of maybe the Pokemon trading card game).

The first person with an empty hand wins the match. UNO Flip! Takes UNO a step further by making each card double-sided. The light side of the deck is basic UNO but with a draw 1 card in lieu of a draw 4.
- A player who draws from the deck must either play or keep that card and may play no other card from their hand on that turn.
- A player may play a Wild card at any time, even if that player has other playable cards.
- A player may play a Wild Draw Four card only if that player has no cards matching the current color.
It can only be played on a card that matches by color, or on another Reverse card. If turned up at the beginning of play, the dealer goes first, and the player to the dealer's right is next (normally it would be the player to the dealer's left).
Before playing your next to last card, you must say “UNO.” If you don't say UNO and another player catches you with just one card before the next player begins their turn you must pick FOUR more cards from the DRAW pile. Once a player plays their last card, the hand is over.
Uno makes the list of games like Skip Bo because it is a beloved classic card game that is about light yet strategic hand management. This is more about playing off what other people do as opposed to working your own version of solitaire but the flow and light hearted fun are there.
Now, just a year after its console launch, CD Projekt RED is pulling the plug on that version of the game.
So yeah, definitely check it out. It's a great game. You might ALSO want to check out LoR and/or MTGA (I recommend LoR as it's cheaper and works better as a digital game), but don't let that stop you from playing Gwent, because Gwent still offers something unique.

Yeah it's totally worth it. You get a free deck and a bunch of packs after you clear the tutorial ranks and all the decks are good some are even full fledged meta decks.
