Lilith's own Spear of Longinus is presumed to be destroyed in the crash. Lilith was kept crucified to a giant cross in the deepest and most secret level of NERV HQ, Terminal Dogma, and used as a renewable source of LCL for the Evangelion Units (LCL in fact being Lilith's blood).
Unit-02 is essentially immobilized at this point and Asuka is brutally and helplessly forced by the Angel to relive her worst childhood memories; her mothers suicide and dark childhood. She begins to to suffer a full mental breakdown, broadcast live to the helpless NERV staff.
The Shimizu Mega-City is a pyramid proposed to be built over Tokyo Bay in Japan. The sheer size of the structure would dwarf all other structures at a size 14X larger than the great pyramid of Giza.
Adam's Children. Adam's children began appearing around Tokyo-3 fifteen years after Second Impact, starting with the 3rd Angel, Sachiel. It is assumed that the Angels' intention is to cause Third Impact and reclaim Earth from Lilith's children (Homo sapiens).
NERV HQ is located underneath Tokyo-3 within the GeoFront cavern.
stands for "Link Connect Liquid", contradicting the previous statement. The Spanish word for "sky" or "heaven" is "El Cielo". The Sea of LCL in The End of Evangelion seems to be in space. If this similarity is deliberate and not a coincidence, it makes LCL a wordplay on "heaven".
In the Neon Genesis Evangelion anime, there are about 20 Angels. There's some in Sadamoto's Evangelion manga as well, then some different ones in Rebuild of Evangelion, and there are others in the other official media (light novels, etc.).

The Black Moon is the "egg" of Lilith, a transport vessel created by the First Ancestral Race to send Lilith to Earth. It collided violently into Earth 4 billion years ago in the event dubbed "First Impact", and came to rest deep beneath the Earth's surface in the region that would eventually become Hakone, Japan.
Central Dogma is the codename for the primary subsection of the Nerv Headquarters building complex. It is located beneath the Headquarters' black pyramid, and is accessible via. a main shaft within the building itself.

Aftermath. The aftermath of the Near Third Impact In Evangelion 3.0 Kaworu shows Shinji the result of the Third Impact, which happened after the Near Third Impact. The ruins of Tokyo-3 and the land surrounding it have been devastated by impact craters and upheaval, and everything is coated with a blood-red substance.
Jet Alone is seen in Episode 07, when it goes out of control during a demonstration. It is stopped after Misato Katsuragi climbs on-board with the help of Evangelion Unit-01 and attempts to delete its programming, but Jet alone is saved from a nuclear meltdown at the last moment.

The premise of Evangelion, which fans typically refer to simply as Eva (pronounced ay-VUH), sounds straightforward on its face. The year is 2015 — 20 years in the future from the series' 1995 debut — and Earth has been irrevocably damaged by an event called the Second Impact.
Responding to Shinji's wish, Lilith/Rei absorbs Unit-01/The Tree of Life through a third eye that emerges on her forehead. This allows her to create an Anti-A.T. Field so powerful that humans are unable to maintain their physical form.
Terminal Dogma is the deepest, most secret level of NERV headquarters under Tokyo-3, accessible only to those with the highest level of clearance (Gendo Ikari, Kozo Fuyutsuki , and Ritsuko Akagi). Terminal Dogma is located 2008 meters below Central Dogma.
First Impact (also known as the "Giant Impact") is an Impact which occurred in prehistoric times when the Black Moon, a giant spherical object, collided with the Earth in what is now the Hakone region of Japan. The collision caused an explosion that launched a massive amount of material from Earth into orbit.
It became the tallest structure in Japan and tallest tower in the world in 2010 with a full height of 634 meters.
Kaworu is "born from Adam", and describes Adam as being the "Mother of us all". As Kaworu is the vessel for Adam's soul, that paradoxically makes him his own mother as well as of all Angels.
The Marduk Institute (マルドゥック機関, Marudukku Kikan) is, supposedly, the secret selection committee that screens the global population for 14 year old children who would make suitable Evangelion pilots.
