Nick Johnson traveled the world to catch every Pokémon Go character, and he has finally done it. Pack it up everyone, someone has caught them all.
No, you can't catch all 151 Pokémon. There are some that are exclusive to Red/Blue like Ekans, Meowth, Koffing, and Weedle. You have to trade with someone else to get Raichu since Pikachu is based on the one from the anime and doesn't want to evolve.
Red is the canon name of the protagonist of the Generation I games and is a Pokémon Trainer from Pallet Town, Kanto. He is the first character to be playable in the Pokémon series and his initial appearance is set in the Generation I main games.
Go to the mansion, and go to the big room where you can find Ditto (Cinnabar mansion help). The repels come in handy here. Once you find a Ditto (there is a 10% chance of finding them in the right area), immediately switch out to the Pokemon with the specific special stat, so that the Ditto transforms into that.
The ultimate goal of the games is to complete the entries in the Pokédex, a comprehensive Pokémon encyclopedia, by capturing, evolving, and trading to obtain all 151 creatures. Pokémon Red and Blue allow players to trade Pokémon between two cartridges via a Game Link Cable.
Red asked Blue to show him, in Red's Pokédex, what Pokémon it was. Professor Oak then realized that Red had caught all 149 Pokémon in Kanto.
No. There's only so many Pokemon you can actually catch and/or evolve in any given game, the rest of the Pokemon will need to be traded into your game from another, or caught with the assistance of a Gameshark or other cheat device.

There are even more you need to trade in if you want to complete the National dex. You can complete the local Pokédex but even though you find a workaround for trading National sex can't be completed as most of legendaries are event Pokémon and you need a specific item to acces their location.
Locations: In Blue/Red, your are able to receive Bulbasaur in the very beginning from Professor Oak. If you have picked Charmander or Squirtle as your first Pokémon, you can only receive Bulbasaur through trade or by beating Pokémon Stadium's Gym Leader mode. In Yellow, you can get a free Bulbasaur in Cerulean City.

You have to catch them all. You can also evolve them instead of catching the evolutions. You'll need at least 50 species registered to beat the game, by the way.
Locations: Squirtle is one of the three starting Pokemon choices in Red/Blue. You can also win one in Pokemon Stadium's Gym Leader Castle. In Pokemon Yellow, you can get a free Squirtle in Vermilion City.
Evidence 1: Ash's Father is a trainer, Just like Red. We came to that ash's father is a trainer from first episode of the anime when his mother. She told him that his father is on a long journey. Evidense 2: Similer appearance.

Out of the three Pokemon, Charmander will be granted the first attack in battle due to this Speed advantage. Squirtle has the defensive advantage, which means it will take less damage vs. the other two starters (disregarding type effectiveness).
Nope. Both of them are only available with starters. Starters are never found in the wild in any games, and will probably never be available in the wild. And yes you can trade for them, as you can trade for any Pokemon.
The only way to catch all three starter Pokémon is to trade or use an Action Replay cheat device.
If you want to get your hands on all three starters from Sword and Shield, then you're going to need to be ready to jump through a few different hoops. The best way to go about getting all three of the starters, and the most practical method, is to breed your starter and then trade it for another.
The player should select the Pokémon they wish to clone, select "move" and move it to somewhere else within the box. During the time that it is saving, the player should count three to five seconds then disconnect the power. This will result in a clone.
While Red and Blue limit you to one of the original three starters, all three can be obtained in Pokemon Yellow. As Pokemon Yellow is the one game to be somewhat based off the anime, you instead start with Pikachu as your starter, which leaves Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle out of the fun from the start.
