TLDR -Ron is worth at least $15-20M pre-season 7. Let's say 90% of his fortune is in gold, which at $1300/ ounce would make him an owner of an impressive ~14000 ounces, which is probably what he wrote on the post it note to impress the lawyer so much (not that Ron cared about this).
Hidden in the angles are the letters that form his epitaph, "RIP RVS" (Ronald Ulysses Swanson), which I imagine Ron Swanson already chiseled into the plinth.
Ron Swanson wrote his Will by hand, in ink, in its entirety. No witnesses signed his Will. A purely handwritten Will signed by the testator with no witnesses present is referred to as a holographic Will. Ron's holographic Will also contains symbols in a language other than English.
As for the mysterious sawlike symbol? Hidden in the angles are the letters that form his epitaph, "RIP RVS" (Ronald Ulysses Swanson), which I imagine Ron Swanson already chiseled into the plinth.
"Ron & Jammy" is the second episode of Season 7 of the NBC television series Parks and Recreation, and the 114th episode overall.

Plot. With Ben Wyatt's encouragement, Leslie Knope decides to run for city council, and the two end their relationship. After struggling to move on both personally and professionally, Ben and Leslie get back together, and Ben sacrifices his job to save Leslie from losing hers.
In the annals of Parks and Recreation, there is perhaps no friendship that is so touching, and so confusing, as the one between Leslie Knope and Ron Swanson. The two of them are so radically different in so many ways that it's hard to see how they managed to say friends for so long.
Parks and Recreation started and ended with shorter seasons. The reason for this was intentional, and not a result of the network canceling the series. Schur and Poehler both agreed that Leslie's story had reached its natural conclusion for the premise of the series.
It does not take long for a final result to be announced – Leslie loses the recall election in a landslide, as Pawnee voters decisively remove her from the city council.
In a 2017 interview with HuffPost, Nick Offerman revealed his own take, in that Knope did not become President. "It takes a very special personality to actually want to become president of the United States," Offerman said.
