You could try Razer Synapse 2.0 select Keyboard > Customize then click on key with macro assigned and in popup window Key Assigment set Playback Option as Toggle continuous playback on/off using assigned key. It will stop/interrupt your macro by pressing the same key by which it was started.

You can either desolder all four pins, and remove switch and LED as a whole, or desolder the LED first, and then desolder the switch. After desoldering the switch is still being hold in place by one clip on the left and right side.

the only difference is the switches & the underglow on the huntsman. both are great boards. Huntsman elite has more lighting, blackwidow elite has more features. Personally, I'd always recommend the blackwidow over the huntsman, simply because losing a second usb port for more lighting is stupid.
