- On the "Today's activity" card, tap More.
- Next to your desired app, tap Edit limit .

How to See Exactly How Much Time is Spent in Specific Appsin iOS

The short answer is that there is currently no way toprevent Screen Time from tracking an individual app. Andthat's a big misstep on Apple's part. You can Spotify orApple Music all you want while the screen is off, and thatwon't inflate your hours.
