Prayers in the Mass. The Church believes that the Mass is the highest and supreme form of prayer, so it has all four types of prayer: The Gloria is a prayer of adoration.
Adoration is generally considered the most noble form of prayer, a kind of prostration of the whole being before God.

Blessing and Adoration (Worship)In prayers of adoration or worship, we exalt the greatness of God, and we acknowledge our dependence on Him in all things. The Mass and the other liturgies of the Church are full of prayers of adoration or worship, such as the Gloria (the Glory to God).
I rededicate my body and all its parts to the loving rule of Jesus Christ; I dedicate and consecrate my body to him in every way. When taking communion at home, the most important thing to say is 'thank you'. Before breaking bread, Jesus gave thanks. When he took the cup, he gave thanks again. Say, thank you to God for your life, for the forgiveness of sin.
So, how should you begin to develop a deeper relationship with God?
- Spend time with him through prayer and by reading his word.
- Talk to God everywhere.
- Develop a relationship with others.
- Listen to God's voice and practice obedience to his word.
- Be Willing to Trust Him with your heart.
