Hulu Is Better Overall, Sling TV Offers More Add-OnsIf you are determined to save as much money as possible, Sling's Blue or Orange plans might be a better option, though you have to be careful to check that your plan of choice has all the channels you want to watch.
Sling TV is by far the most economical way for me to watch live TV without cable — its channel selection and streaming quality are top-notch. Starting at $30 a month, Sling TV is one of the most affordable live TV streaming services available today.
Sling TV offers a good deal for an affordable price; its add-on packages offer flexibility, and its largest plan is still cheaper than YouTube TV. If you want more channels, including locals and premiums, and unlimited DVR recording, YouTube TV is the way to go.

Unfortunately, Sling no longer has the rights to show on-demand content from NBC or FOX outside of the markets in which they are available live on Sling. For more information about the availability of local broadcast channels on Sling, visit help.sling.com.
Sling offers two branches of its streaming service — Orange and Blue — each for $30 a month. Bundle both packages and you'll get a bit of a discount at $45 a month.
Value. When you take price into account, Philo unquestionably has the edge on Sling. Its channel lineup is arguably better than Sling Orange for $10 less per month. You can't say the same about Sling's Blue package, but it's hard to argue that the extra $10 for Sling is worth the extra channels.
Sling does not offer CBS, ABC, The CW, or Telemundo in any package. Unlike other providers, Sling's live locals are pretty sparse. Unless you are in a major market, don't expect to get your local channels. If you need CBS, consider subscribing to CBS All Access ($5 a month).

| Cost | Number of Channels |

| Sling Orange | $30 per month | 32 |
| Sling Blue | $30 per month | 47 |
