Kurama was born towards the end of the Sage of the Six Paths, who used his power to take the Ten-Tails' chakra from its body and divide it into the nine tailed beasts to ensure that when he was gone, none would ever possess it. Kurama under Madara's control, fighting Hashirama.

When Naruto Uzumaki was a newborn, the Yang half of Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox, was sealed into his body by his father Minato.
The short answer is that Kurama won't come back to life or be revived from another ten-tails.
