Jojo's And DIO's Powers Compared. In terms of their individual raw strengths, DIO will always win against Jotaro since DIO is a vampire. He can never get killed through the means of physical combat, no matter how Jotaro and his Stand punches DIO in the head.
Dio isn't a literal vampire, but a psychological one. The final scenes of Phantom Blood depicts Jonathan cradling Dio's decapitated head, not knowing that Dio will soon take over his body to fight his descendants. Life as a vampire abruptly begins and ends with blood for Dio.
8 DIO: PURE EVILDio is the definition of pure evil. Throughout his life, Dio only harmed people. In part 1, he simply ate humans for the sake of increasing his own powers. He tried to kill his adoptive father, George Joestar, who was always kind to him.
It cannot be killed. With all of DIO's power and abilities, there'd be no way from him to actually defeat it.
Summary. As Dio falls following his battle with Jonathan, he decapitates himself before the Ripple reaches his head, which is recovered by his zombie servant Wang Chan. As Jonathan and Erina enjoy their cruise, Jonathan discovers that Wang Chan has sneaked aboard and suspects that Dio is still alive.

Abused by his father, being underpriviledged and having lived in the most miserable living conditions, Dio set for himself the goal of becoming the richest, then the most powerful being on Earth.
Enrico Pucci's Stand, was considered by Dio, the user of The World, as the most powerful Stand. First, off, Made in Heaven is the final evolution in a series of two other Stands, Whitesnake and C-Moon. It retains the abilities of these two.
