Each chip has comparable performance against competing chips in its price range, making this largely a wash for most users. Winner: AMD. For professionals on the hunt for performance in content creation and productivity applications, the winner of AMD vs Intel CPUs goes to AMD on the strength of its higher core counts.
Despite all that, there are plenty of reasons that NVIDIA stock is a compelling buy right now -- though it has nothing to do with the upcoming split. Rather, it's NVIDIA's impressive results and the large and growing opportunity ahead that make it a timely opportunity.
The Bottom Line. Although it is believed that the momentum of growth, witnessed during late 2020 and early 2021, will fade away, equity markets are still expected to grow, providing opportunities for investors to earn the profits they desire.
