A 65-inch TV can properly fit in a real-size SUV. To store the TV properly, it must be upright (not flat) during transport to mitigate the risk of damage. A smaller car may fit a 65 inch TV, but not stored properly, and therefore shouldn't be used.
It's important to know that not all 65-inch TVs are the same size. They can vary slightly based on the brand and frame design. The screen size will be smaller than the actual size of the tv including the frame.
Use a double-wall corrugated box since anything else could be punctured easily or damaged in transport. Use packing tape to seal the base of the box, then line the bottom with Styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap to cushion the TV. Cover the TV.
A 65'' TV– You should sit between 5.5 and 8 feet away from the screen. A 70'' TV– You should sit between 6 and 9 feet away from the screen. A 75'' TV– You should sit between 6.5 and 9.5 feet away from the screen. An 80'' TV– You should sit between 6.5 and 10 feet away from the screen.
The farther away you sit, obviously, the smaller your TV appears. So if you're like most people and you're sitting about nine feet from your TV (108 inches), THX recommends a screen roughly 90 inches diagonal. So yeah, that big 65-inch TV you're looking at is not "too big," at least as far as THX is concerned.
They angle out in the front and back a little bit so they connect to the tv at a smaller distance than that. The feet are about 10" deep as well (4.5" in front of the screen and 4.5" behind it).
LG TV sizes range from 32-inch class and smaller to 85-inch class and larger. When it comes to TVs, bigger is usually better.
