Pressing the alternate fire button (Default: MOUSE2) with any weapon active will cause the Spy to Cloak, becoming completely invisible to enemies and allowing him to infiltrate enemy territory and stalk targets without being seen.
You are able to open it via binding the option to a button or simply typing +quickswitch in the developer console, and upon opening the menu you are greeted with a menu that allows you to quickly swap loadouts and/or weapons.
Press Mouse2 to bring up the DR. When the DR is out, you can't attack and any damage you take will activate the watch and cloak you while also leaving a dead spy body to possibly trick enemies into thinking they killed you.
The Cloak and Dagger is an unlockable PDA weapon for the Spy.

Cloak and dagger sound is louder than Invis Watch sound.
The Dead Ringer is an achievement item, and you get it as a reward for completing the acheivement “Spy Milestone 3”, which requires you to get a certain amount of Spy achievements to obtain it. So, for a 100% free Dead Ringer, just keep practicing your Spy gameplay and you'll hit that milestone.
Like normal melee attacks, backstabs can be performed while disguised, though the Spy proceeds to lose his disguise whether the attack connects or not. Backstabs are nothing more than pure damage, and so cannot injure or kill invulnerable players. Buildings and Halloween bosses cannot be backstabbed.
The Quäckenbirdt is a community-created promotional secondary PDA weapon for the Spy. This weapon functions identically to the Invis Watch.
Spy reveals that he is in fact Scout's father, and he tried to avoid Scout for 27 years, and he regrets that entirely. He is finally overall proud of what he believes Scout had become, as Scout peacefully passes away. The comic cuts to black and comes back to Scout, who is now in Heaven.
