It's good against crowds of enemies. And if you fire the yoyo through a small diagonal corner, The two yoyos and counterweight will all go through it to enemies on the other side. If you are good with YoYo's and getting them to consistantly hit the same target then the bag is worth it.
The Yoyo Bag is a Hardmode accessory which allows the holder to use two yoyos, similar to the Yoyo Glove along with two Counterweights and also increases the yoyo's range. The yoyo bag being used with the Amazon yoyo.
Yoyo range is determined by melee attack speed. However, yoyos cannot have their speed modified, and therefore cannot obtain the Legendary modifier. A Godly modifier has slightly better crowd control than a Demonic one, but the increased knockback may reduce the number of hits per second.
The Skeleton Merchant is an NPC vendor that randomly spawns in the Cavern layer. Enemies will not spawn near him. He will not move into a vacant house if one is available, similar to the Traveling Merchant and the Old Man.

The Eye of Cthulhu is a Hardmode, post-Plantera Yoyo which has a 25% / 30.94% chance to drop from Mothron during a Solar Eclipse. It is one of the few yoyos that can stay in the air indefinitely, and it has a reach of 23 tiles. It is currently the second strongest yoyo in the game, only beaten by the Terrarian.
