It's the sole way Neopets runs its major activities, with the vast amount of the website's content being Flash-based. In 2020, it was confirmed Adobe would end support for the platform and shut it down completely on December 31, 2020.
Every couple years or so we go through and delete old, inactive accounts and Neopets. This is a HUGE undertaking though, so it doesn't happen very often at all. You can self-deactivate any account you no longer want, but it will remain in the system and won't be deleted, just like any other account.
The games reward different values of Neopoints, but some of the best/easiest games to quickly earn Neopoints each day are:

- Fashion Fever (literally just start the game, press “End Game” without dressing the character and send the score x3 for a quick and easy 900 NP.

Once you have the toy you want to play with, go to your inventory and click on the toy you want. On the drop down arrow click on, play with (your pet's name here) and hit submit. Once you have played with your pet a few times, it will be even happier. Note: the more you play with your pet, the happier it will get.

- Select the pet that you would like to adopt and click on 'Adopt' at the bottom of the page.

The Soup Kitchen is located in the Neopian Marketplace. Everyday, the Soup Faerie prepares tasty soup in her giant magical cauldron and she offers a meal to the poor, famished and bony Neopets. Her kindness is possible because of the donations made to the Money Tree .

- Step 1: Choosing the Items You Want to Trade. You'll see a list of the items in your inventory (or the first 50 items, if you happen to have more than that).
- Step 2: Writing the Wishlist. Underneath the list of your inventory items, there's a box where you can type your wishlist.

Games, Maps and Dailies Don't Work On Neopets. Web browsers like Google Chrome are starting to disable Adobe Flash by default, so you will have to enable it - or whitelist it - for Neopets (and any other website with Flash) yourself in order for these features to show up.

For the most part, many existing features do not rely on Flash to work. Things like NeoQuest, the Battledome, the Kadoatery, the Neoboards, restocking, most dailies, and many more, were never Flash-based to begin with and can continue to be enjoyed after January 12, 2021.
Rather than an app, Neopets will have a mobile site—as detailed in the announcement above. It will have all the same features as the desktop version of the site, including daily games, puzzles, community aspects, and more. And course, the site will have a virtual pet-raising experience.
Check your email.
If you still have the email address you originally signed up with, search for "Neopets" in your inbox or archived mail. The original signup email will at least tell you the name and email address associated with your account.
