Arthas is rewarded after a player defeats the Lich King in the final Knights of the Frozen Throne single-player Mission with all nine classes.
As an additional reward, any player who defeats the Lich King with each of the nine classes earns an exclusive Prince Arthas Paladin hero portrait.
After the destruction of Frostmourne and the death of Arthas, Bolvar Fordragon became the new Lich King in order to keep the undead Scourge in check. Bolvar was later defeated by Sylvanas Windrunner who also destroyed the Helm of Domination, making the position of Lich King come to an end.
Mecha'thun can be obtained through The Boomsday Project card packs, or through crafting.
Gameplay Strategies. As the aim of the fight is simply to survive, you should try to set up a position to mitigate as much damage as possible. High-Health Taunt minions like Paragon of Light and Radiant Lightspawn are particularly effective at this due to how they match up against opposing 2/2 Ghouls.
Instead, focus on building up your side of the board, until you have sufficient damage to kill Lord Marrowgar in a single turn. Lord Marrowgar's most dangerous cards are the Bone Spikes. They deal a massive amount of damage and have enough Health to have a good chance to survive until the next turn.
You need to mulligan to get lackey + mana bind and then it is just a case of stalling to play platebreaker to remove armor and then killing the LK before turn 7. It can take a few tries but with the right draws this is a very quick and effective way to defeat him.
The Twilight Lich can be damaged and killed by his own fireball explosions or by a Fire Staff. Twilight Lich's Twilight Lich minion can't take damage in any way possible. (Possible bug) Using an Ender Giant Sword, the Lich minions were easily defeated in 2-3 hits.
Bloodreaver Gul'dan can be obtained through Knights of the Frozen Throne card packs, or through crafting. Like all other death knight hero cards, he is a possible reward for completing the prologue of the Icecrown singleplayer adventure.

GamesBeat: There are three World of Warcraft classes that aren't playable in Hearthstone: death knights, monks, and demon hunters.
They are not currently developing a new class for Hearthstone. The team works about a year ahead of schedule for content releases. Infrastructure has been added to make adding a new class easier than the first time.
New players start with only the mage class available, and must unlock the others through defeating them in matches in either Practice mode or Play mode. Unlocking all 10 original classes also unlocks various other game features: the Arena, adventures, and "Expert" difficulty Practice mode.

At launch on April 7, there will be 10 'Basic' Demon Hunter cards, plus an additional 20 'Initiate' Demon Hunter cards. These will be classified as belonging to the Year of the Dragon for the purposes of future set rotation.
