Orbeck agrees to travel to Firelink Shrine, if you have, at least 10 Intelligence.
To reach the Irithyll Dungeon Bonfire, start by heading to the Distant Manor Bonfire in Irithyll of the Boreal Valley. Go past the Burning Stake Witch in the room below and head out the back door. Continue down the cliffside path to reach a doorway on the left, halfway down the path.

Whether one efficiently pierces enemies with blue light, immolates them with grand flames, or electrocutes them with divine bolts, there are sure to be spells that suit any playstyle that also boast excellent damage output as well as other beneficial effects.
Orbeck is a vendor, but only if your intelligence is at least 10. When speaking with him, if your Intelligence is too low, he will not offer to help you. If it's above, he will, under the condition you find more scrolls to teach him magic. If you agree, he will appear back in the Firelink Shrine to sell you spells.

The third bonfire in the road of sacrifices is the crucifixion woods bonfire. Down the sloping road from the second bonfire, go left and past lots of pike undeads and poison bugs and a crazy dog and get to the Crucixifion Woods bonfire.
The Morion Blade's special property it that increases any damage output by the user by 60% when health is below 30%. However the weapon has fairly low damage and no scaling, meaning it is best used in the off-hand to compliment another weapon.

- Near the Keep Ruins bonfire in Farron Keep. From the Keep Ruins bonfire, go out of the bonfire room towards the Wolf Gate. Hang a sharp left from the bridge, almost doubling back underneath the bridge that you just walked across.

Silent AllyReceived from Orbeck of Vinheim after purchasing Aural Decoy, Farron Flashsword, Pestilent Mist, and Spook. Talk to him again after purchasing these spells, and he will give you this gesture.
To find Horace, simply cut the rope bridge to create a ladder that leads you further down into the Catacombs. You'll find the Smouldering Lake optional area. From the entrance, hug the right wall until you find an opening. Horace will be here as a hostile NPC.
