Answer: iPhone indeed supports sending pictures via MMS or iMessages. If your iPhone won't send pictures in text, my guess is you don't have MMS enabled on your phone. Also, this problem may be caused by the network, the carrier and so on.
Foward a text message to someone else
Then you just tap and hold on that message showing on your phone's display. Once the message is selected, tap on the three vertical dots icon at the top right. mySMS. mySMS enables you to send and receive free text messages from your computer or tablet, just like you would on your phone. The app uses your existing phone number and sends texts via your Android phone.
On the iPhone, go to Settings/Messages and select Text Message Forwarding. A list of devices connected to your Apple ID will be displayed. Select all the ones you want text messages forwarded to. You'll then receive a six-digit code, which you'll be instructed to enter on your computer.

"Sharing Name and Photo is not available because iCloud and iMessage accounts are different or are not signed in." You must make sure your iCloud and iMessage account share the same contact info. Navigate to Settings > iMessage and tap the Send & Receive tab.
