To access the stickers, make sure you're Snapchat app is updated, snap a picture or video, and go to the little folded paper icon next to the text T in the top right where the emoji are. Now you'll see a long page with over 320 new stickers you can place on your snaps.

Follow these steps to make your own WhatsApp sticker packs on Android.
