Use emojis & GIFs
- On your Android device, open any app where you can write, like Gmail or Keep.
- Tap where you can enter text.
- Tap Emoji. . From here, you can: Insert emojis: Tap one or more emojis. Insert a GIF: Tap GIF. Then choose the GIF you want.
- Tap Send .
Follow these steps:
- Open Messages and tap to create a new message.
- Tap the camera button .
- Tap the Effects button , then select Animoji* , Filters , Text , Shapes , Memoji Stickers , Emoji Stickers , or an iMessage app.
- After you select the effect that you want to use, tap Done.
“Animoji” is one of the most talked about features of iPhone X and the 2018 iPhones. Meet an app called “SUPERMOJI” that can let you use Animojis on any iPhone. To be more precise, you can get Animojis on your iPhone 5s, 6/6 Plus, iPhone 6s/6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7/7 Plus, iPhone 8/8 Plus.
An Animoji is an animated 3D emoji that reflects your exact facial expressions and voice messages. The Animoji feature is available on the iPhone X and newer models currently running on iOS 11 or later. Animoji can also be used on the iPad Pro.
Animoji are a feature introduced by Apple in 2017 that transforms some of the classic emoji icons into short, customized animations. These are also called 3D emoji by other companies using similar technologies. What's particularly cool about these moving emoji is that they're not just animations.
You'll find the Memoji/Animoji feature in the Messages app in iOS 12 and iOS 13. In iOS 13 the Memoji/Animoji creator will still be inside Messages but once you have created your Sticker Pack that will be available anywhere you can access emoji.
How to pin a sticker or text to a moving part of your video: Place your text or sticker in the desired location and tap and hold the screen until you get a little bar at the bottom that says “pin”. Find the subject in the video you want to pin it to and then hit “pin” when you're ready.
How to add stickers to your Instagram story
- Open the Instagram app.
- Click on the camera in the top left to open your Stories.
- Take a picture, or upload one.
- Click the peeling smiley face icon at the top right.
- Peruse your stickers and click on one you like.
Today, Instagram Stories is releasing a way to cover your images and videos with mini selfies. To pin your selfie sticker or any other sticker or piece of text to a spot on screen, select the sticker and, holding your finger down, move it to the location where you want it to stay. Tap “pin” and you're all set.
Simply take a photo or video, tap the Sticker button and open the GIF option. Next, search for your GIF stickers by typing out one or more of the tags you used. This should pull up one or more of your GIFs. And voilà, your GIF stickers are all ready to go!
To access the GIF stickers, tap the add sticker button at the top of stories as usual. From there, select the new GIF option and a library of GIFs will appear.
How To Use Stickers in Instagram Stories
- From your Instagram Story, tap the. to add GIF stickers.
- Tap on the GIF button and select a trending GIF sticker or search for one.
- From there, you can add and layer as many GIF stickers to your Stories as you want!
To use an animated Animoji and
Memoji, you need a compatible iPhone or iPad Pro.
FaceTime
- Open FaceTime and make a call.
- When the call starts, tap .
- Tap the memoji that you want to use.
- Continue your FaceTime call with your customized Memoji or tap. to continue without a Memoji or go back to the FaceTime menu.
Animoji in the Messages Camera
- Open the Messages app.
- Choose a conversation.
- Tap on the Camera icon that's next to the iMessage chat bar.
- Tap on the star-shaped icon in the bottom left corner.
- Select the Animoji icon, which looks like a little monkey.
- Choose an Animoji or Memoji and it will pop up over your face.

Fully disable Memoji stickers
On a device running iOS 13.3, go to Settings > General > Keyboard, scroll down and tap the slider next to “Memoji Keyboard” to disable Memojis in all apps.
