Pressing and holding on a sent message within the iOS version of WhatsApp now includes two new options in the small menu. Edit will let you change the content of the message, while Revoke lets you pull the text from the conversation – as if it never existed.
To
cross out text, you'll need to do a
strike through.
To do this:
- Type out the text that you want to format.
- Highlight the text and hover your mouse over it until a small black bar appears above it.
- You can click the "B" icon to bold the text, the slanted "I" to italicize, and the crossed out "S" to strikethrough.
You can not change font with whatsapp. But yes you can add style to whatsapp fonts. Like Bold, Italic and Strikethrough : by using some shortcuts.
Open WhatsApp, then press the three-dot Menu button in the upper-right corner and tap Settings (Android) / press the Settings gear in the bottom-right (iOS).
If you have an Android smartphone, you will see a floating pen icon at the bottom of the status section, just above the camera button. Click on it and the option to type a text-based status pops up. There you shall also be able to insert an emoji, select a font and choose the background colour.
Steps:
- Open WhatsApp and select "Settings" in the navigation bar. After this, select "Chat settings".
- Choose "chat wallpaper". Select the new wallpaper by searching through the default WhatsApp Wallpaper Library or from your Camera Roll.
- Go back to the default settings for WhatsApp.
Check to see if your phone has some font settings built-in
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Display>Screen zoom and font.
- Scroll down until your find Font Style.
- Pick the font you want and then confirm you want to set it as system font.
- From there you can tap the “+” Download fonts button.
Green is also traditionally associated with Money , finances, banking, ambition. Now if you haven't figured it by now , WhatsApp decided upon the color GREEN because it causes a feeling in the human that is optimal for digital communications.
Monospace
- On Android, you can tap and hold the text you're typing > More > and choose among bold, italic, strikethrough and monospace.
- On iPhone, you can tap and hold the text you're typing > BIU > and choose among bold, italic and strikethrough.
You can change the color of text in your Word document.
- Select the text that you want to change.
- On the Home tab, in the Font group, choose the arrow next to Font Color, and then select a color. You can also use the formatting options on the Mini toolbar to quickly format text.
No, you can't change font color in WhatsApp. However, you might know that you can change the background color or make any picture as background. If you see anyone having font color of their WhatsApp chat changed, it is because he's using some modded version of WhatsApp which is illegal as well as unfair to use.
1) Everyone: When you chose to set this option. Anyone can see your profile pic, status and last seen. (If you selected these all three to everyone). 2) My contacts: As the name suggest only those contacts can see your details which you added up in your contact list.
Tap on the “message” icon at the bottom right corner of the main screen. It will show you a list of the people that are on WhatsApp. Find the people through the list. But, if you don't want to find like that, you can also use the search icon on the upper right corner of the screen.
If a person is being muted on whatsapp it means the receiver will not get any sound/vibration if a person messages him/her but the person might be notified that they have received a new message or there will be a circle near the muted person's chat holding the number of new messages that are received !
