How to Tether Your Samsung Galaxy Tab
- Turn off the Tab's Wi-Fi radio.
- Connect the Tab to a PC using its USB cable.
- At the Home screen, touch the Apps Menu button.
- Open the Settings app.
- Choose Wireless & Networks.
- Choose Tethering & Portable Hotspot.

Steps

- Check that Wi-Fi and Smartphone Mobile Hotspot are turnedoff.
- From and home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Select the Connections tab.

- Read the on-screen notification regarding data, then tapOK.
- Edit the Network SSID field.

Check your connecting device:
Try connecting a different computer or T-Mobiledevice to the hotspot. If they work are expected, thehotspot is not the problem. Close or disable anyprograms running in the background and clear the browsercache & history. Make sure it's connected to the right Wi-Finetwork.
