You can't actually purchase cloud storage from Adobe like you might from most other cloud storage providers. Instead, you can only get storage space by signing up for a Creative Cloud plan. You can still store up to 2 GB of files, which Adobe offers for free to anyone with a Creative Cloud login.
And using the cloud storage is not required. For any files you choose to store online in Adobe's Cloud, you can easily set different levels of sharing – from keeping them fully private to sharing them publicly with anyone at all.
You can access and manage your files on the Creative Cloud website.
- Open the Creative Cloud website.
- Go to the tab containing your file: Synced files: Files you saved to the Creative Cloud Files folder.
- Select a file and then select the More actions icon to view what you can do with it.
As of April 2019, Adobe Lightroom is only available as part of the Creative Cloud subscription. Lightroom 6 standalone is no longer available to purchase.

If you need more storage, you can purchase a 1 TB storage plan through Adobe.com for $9.99/month. You can also purchase 2 TB, 5 TB, and 10 TB plans through your Adobe ID account (Plans & Products > Manage Plans > Switch Plan). For detailed instructions, see Change your Adobe plan.
