For three windows, just drag a window into the top left corner and release the mouse button. Click a remaining window to automatically align it underneath in a three window configuration. For four window arrangements, just drag each into a respective corner of the screen: top right, bottom right, bottom left, top left.
Go to File → Preferences → Keyboard Shortcuts or just press Ctrl + k + Ctrl + s . alt + up/down left/right arrows to switch between splitted terminals.
Windows 10: How to split the screen in two?

There is no dedicated shortcut in Excel to split the screen, but you can use Alt + W + S in Windows to toggle a split screen on and off. Move the active cell to row 1 to split vertically into 2 panes. And move the active cell to column A to split horizontally into 2 panes.

If you have an Amazon Fire tablet, you can use it as a second screen for watching content on Amazon Prime Instant or for navigating around your Fire Stick. Select “Settings,” on the TV, then select “Second Screen” to enable it. Just make sure your device and your Fire tablet are on the same wireless network.
Install Tab Scissors from the Chrome Web Store. A scissor icon will be added to the right of the URL address bar. Select the left most tab that you want to split off into another browser window. The tabs on the right will split off to a new window on the same side.
If you press and hold on the icon all the way to the right which looks like on square on top of another you'll get a menu that pops up. Once that pops up, you'll see "Merge All Tabs". If you click on that, you'll get all your tabs on one screen and you'll have removed the split screen.

Windows Key + Left Arrow makes a window fill up the left half of the screen. Windows Key + Right Arrow makes a window fill up the right half of the screen. And there you have it! You can effectively split the screen into two working spaces!
