Their email address won't be recorded in the response sheet but Google Form will not allow another entry from the same Google Account. If someone tries to fill the Google Form again, a warning message will be displayed saying ”You've already responded. You can only fill out this form once.
View responsesSee answers by person or, if you allowed people to submit the form more than once, by submission. Open a form in Google Forms. At the top of the form, click Responses. Click Individual.
Send your form to people
- Open a form in Google Forms.
- At the top right, click Settings .
- Check the box next to "Limit to 1 response."
- Click Save.
Restart Google Form NotificationsOpen your Google Form that is not sending notification emails and launch the forms add-on. Choose Forms Troubleshooting from the menu and click the Restart button from the troubleshooting window. If the issue is not resolved, please contact technical support.

If a file won't open, a few things could be wrong: The file owner didn't give you permission to view the file. You're signed in to a different Google Account. Your access could be denied because someone removed your permission to view the file.
Your Google Form is now closed, but you can reopen it at any time by toggling the button that is now labeled "Not accepting responses" to the on position again.
Change Submitted forms
- Open the Google Form you need.
- Click on the Settings icon to the left of the large “Send” button in the upper right corner of the document.
- When the new window pops up, check the “Edit after submit” box to create the edit link.
Edit form responses after you submit them in Google Spreadsheets. If the creator of a form has enabled it, you can now edit your response to a form after you've submitted it.
Choose where to save form responses
- Open a form in Google Forms.
- In the top left under “Responses,” click Summary.
- In the top right, click More. Select response destination.
- Choose an option: Create a new spreadsheet: Creates a spreadsheet for responses in Google Sheets.
- Click Create or Select.
To share your Google Form responses, go to the top right of your Form and click "More" (the three-dot icon). The collaborators can now see the form responses, send the form to others, and even edit the form themselves.
Normally, everyone can fill out a Google form; they do not need an account. However, if you selected the option "Can submit only 1 response" in your Google form, that will require the users to login. So, if it's necessary to allow anonymous users, you should uncheck that option.
