Xerox offers a range of printers with AirPrint capability, making it easier and more convenient than ever to print from an Apple product. Machines enabled with AirPrint allow you to print effortlessly over your wireless network without having to install a specific driver to your Apple device.

- At the printer control panel, log in as a system administrator.
- Press the Home button.
- Touch Device > Connectivity > Wi-Fi.
- From the list of wireless networks, select the name of your wireless network.
- If required, enter the wireless network's password and touch OK.
- Touch Close on the notification.
Make a Copy
- At the printer control panel, press the Copy button.
- Load your original documents.
- Use the up/down arrows on the control panel to enter the number of copies required.
- The paper tray is the default paper supply.
- Adjust copy settings as needed.
- Press Start.
To configure Wi-Fi Direct at the Control Panel:
- At the printer control panel, press the Home button.
- Log in as administrator.
- Touch Device > Connectivity > Wi-Fi Direct.
- For Wi-Fi Direct, touch the enable toggle button.
- Touch Setup.
- Touch Group Role, then select an option.
Go to Android Settings > Printing > Xerox Print > Add Printer > select option to find new printer. 2. Go to App > Print > All Printers > tap the + symbol in the upper right corner > Xerox Print > select option to find a new printer. Login to CentreWare Internet Services as the Administrator:
- Select Login at the top right corner of the page..
- Enter the Administrator account name into the Username Field.
- Enter the Administrator account password into the Password field. NOTE: The default username is admin and default password is 1111.
- Select Login.
Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to wireless direct or Wi-Fi® network. Connect the printer to your mobile device. On your mobile device, tap [Settings] - [Wi-Fi] and slide the toggle button to activate the Wi-Fi function. Select the printer from the list to establish the connection.

Click on the Start button, and then select Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window, click on Add a printer.
- In the Add Printer window, click on the option Add a local printer.
- Select Create a new port, and then select Standard TCP/IP Port from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the IP address of your printer.
- Open Easy Printer Manager.
- From your Printer List, select your printer.
- At the home screen, select Machine Settings.
- Select Network Settings.
- Under General, ensure Network Connectivity is set to Wireless.
- Under WiFI Settings, select Wizard.
- Follow the Wizard instructions to install your printer on WiFi.
Press the [WPS] button on your wireless access point/router. 'Connecting WLAN' will be displayed on the LCD and the WiFi button will flash green. Use the [+] button to select [WLAN], and then press the [OK] button. Use the [+] button to select [WLAN Enable], and then press the [OK] button.
GUIDANCE – WIRELESS PORT- Choose the 'Properties' tab or 'Properties' from the side menu. - Login to the Account 'Admin' with the default password of 1111 or the password you created. - Choose “Network Settings” and then “WiFi” from the side menu - Toggle the Enable Check in the main display area.
Open Settings and tap Bluetooth. Look for your printer in the list called My Devices and tap the information button (the blue i) to its right. Finally, tap Forget This Device to forget your printer on your iPhone. Go back to Settings -> Bluetooth to begin reconnecting your iPhone to your printer.
Start your mobile application, and then tap the Settings icon. (Mobile Cable Label Tool users must also tap [Printer Settings] - [Printer].) Select the printer listed under [Wi-Fi Printer]. You can now print from your mobile device wirelessly.
To set up a printer on your iPhone or iPad without AirPrint and use it to print:
- Open your printer's app on your device.
- Turn on your printer's Wi-Fi.
- Go into your phone or tablet's "Settings" and hit the Wi-Fi tab.
- Locate your printer under "OTHER NETWORKS" and tap on it.
To change printer options on iPhone:
- Select the file or photo you wish to print and select the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and select Print.
- Select Options to reveal available printing options.
- Once you've changed the printer settings, tap Print in the upper-right corner.
Open the Canon print app. On the main screen, tap the ADD PRINTER icon, tap REGISTER PRINTER then tap PRINTER SETUP. Tap CONNECT VIA WIRELESS ROUTER. A screen will prompt you to connect your device's Wi-Fi to the Canon IJ setup network.
Step by Step
- Open iTunes.
- Connect your iPhone or iPod to your computer using a USB cable.
- Make sure the iPhone or iPod is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
- Launch ePrint Free on your iPhone or iPod.
- Select Add a Printer and enter your printer's IP address.
Brother, Canon, Epson, Dell, HP, Lexmark, Lenovo and Samsung all have printers enabled with AirPrint. Each company offers both inkJet and laser models, as well as both dedicated printers and multifunction models.
from your Android device. Open the item you want to print, tap the menu icon , and then tap Print. A print preview screen displays. On the preview screen, tap the down arrow to view the printer list, then select USB: HP [your printer model name] from the list of available printers.
As long as the printer has "wifi" connectivity this works like a champ. The printer obviously needs AirPrint for iDevices but this makes your printer available to all devices without wires and internet.
