No display • Try recharging or replacing the battery pack. Reset the units. Disconnect the battery pack of the parent unit and unplug both the units' electrical power, then plug them back in. Press and hold the POWER ON/OFF button P on the parent unit to turn it ON.
Place the baby unit in a convenient location (e.g. on a table) and point the camera lens towards the area you want to monitor. Adjust the baby unit's head angle by rotating the camera up, down, left and right until you are satisfied with the image in the parent unit. Do not place the baby unit within the baby's reach!
All you need are two devices – phones, tablets, computers (iOS, Android, or macOS) in any combination, connected to the internet (WiFi, cellular data). You'll place one device (for example, a tablet) in the baby's room to monitor your little one. It also comes in handy when traveling with the baby.
Moto Camera is the default app for capturing photos and videos on Motorola devices, and it's similar to most smartphone camera apps on the market. The big, round shutter button snaps photos, and you zoom in by pinching the screen.
If you'd like to use your Android device as a second desktop instead of just mirroring your primary screen, right-click any empty space on your Windows desktop, then choose "Display Settings." From here, use the drop-down menu towards the bottom of the window to choose "Extend these displays," then click "Apply." Now,
reset the Camera with the following procedure:
- Slide the ON/OFF switch to OFF.
- Press and hold the PAIR button then slide the ON/OFF switch to ON.
- Release the PAIR button when you hear a confirmation beep and wait for.
- You can add your Camera again by following the steps in section 3.2.4 for.

Press and hold the PAIR button on the underside of the Baby Unit until the Parent Unit finds the camera, beeps and PAIR OK appears on the screen. The video from the camera will then appear.
Press and hold the 'Pair' button, then slide the ON/OFF switch to ON. When you hear a confirmation beep (after around 20 seconds) release the 'Pair' button. Wait for the camera to complete an internal reset procedure. The LED indicator will turn red and flash slowly when the camera reset is successfully completed.
Reset the Units. Disconnect the Battery Pack of the Parent Unit and unplug both the Units' electrical power, then plug them back in. Is the Unit turned on? Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the Parent Unit to turn it ON.
Navigate to the Wi-Fi® settings where you can see your Hubble camera listed as if it were another Wi-Fi® network. If your Hubble camera doesn't show up, press and hold the 'Pair' Button on the camera again for 3 seconds. Select your Hubble camera from the list and connect to it.
If your internet connection is good and there is no interference from other devices, please go through the below steps to bring your camera back online:
- Refresh your camera list by pulling it down with your finger.
- Turn the camera off and on again.
Turn your phone off and then on again. Clear the cache or data for the Camera app. Check for updates to your Moto Camera app. Use safe mode to see if apps you installed are causing the issue and uninstall as needed.
