Re: Playlist order on mobile device
They have updated the IOS app, and added the ability to rearrange playlists. To rearrange, click edit like you normally would to delete a song. Then press and hold on the three lines on the right side of your track. Drag and drop!Look at the column headers at the top of the playlist "Song, Artist, Album, Title" and make sure you have not sorted the playlist by one of the columns. If there is a green up or down arrow next to one of them, click it twice and the playlist should return to the normal order.
Organize Your Music just launched a day or so ago, and it does exactly what the name suggests. The new feature sorts all of a user's saved songs by a handful of parameters, including genres, moods, decades, styles, and popularity. Each of these are also broken down into subcategories, which can get fairly minute.
Just click and hold the one you want to move and drag it up or down the list. A white line appears between any existing folders (or playlists, if they're displayed), indicating where the playlist will appear after you drop it. You can also reorder playlists in the same way, even if they aren't in folders.
