Your organization cannot see your personal information when you enroll a device with Microsoft Intune. Your organization uses this information to help protect the corporate data on the device.
Under Devices tab, choose the User Name to whom you wanted to enroll the additional device. Under Actions click Enroll Addition Device option. Specify the Platform as Android. Specify the Owned By type as Corporate or Personal and click Enroll.
Enroll Windows 10, version 1607 and later device
- Go to Start.
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Accounts > Access work or school > Connect.
- To get to your organization's Intune sign-in page, enter your work or school email address.
- Sign in to Intune with your work or school account.
The Intune device subscription is licensed per device at a cost of $2 a month.
Go to Settings > Accounts. If you have a work profile, it's listed in the Work section. On some devices, work profiles are also listed directly in Settings.
With Intune, you can manage multiple devices per person, and the different platforms that run on each device, including iOS/iPadOS, macOS, Android, and Windows. Intune separates policies and settings by device platform. So it's easy to manage and view devices of a specific platform.
Open a browser and sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center. If you are new to Intune, use your free trial subscription. When you open the Microsoft Endpoint Manager, the service is displayed in a pane of your browser.
How to setup Kiosk Mode on Android devices?
- Step 1: Navigate to Device Mgmt -> Profiles and create an Android profile.
- Step 2: From the left pane, select Kiosk to create an Android Kiosk profile for enabling Kiosk Mode in Android devices.

Deploy Intune
- Sign in to the Endpoint Manager admin center, and sign up for Intune.
- Set Intune Standalone as the MDM authority.
- Add your domain account, such as contoso.com .
- Add users and groups.
- Assign Intune licenses to your users.
- By default, all device platforms can enroll in Intune.
Device Administrator is an Android feature that gives Total Defense Mobile Security the permissions needed to perform certain tasks remotely. Without these privileges, remote lock would not work and device wipe would not be able to completely remove your data.
Because it is a free framework of APIs, there is no direct Android Enterprise cost to be aware of. However, even though Android Enterprise may (previously Android for Work) cost nothing on its own, you need a mobile device management solution (or a lot of programming knowledge and an MDM server) to be able to use it.
Configure automatic MDM enrollment
- Sign in to the Azure portal, and select Azure Active Directory > Mobility (MDM and MAM) > Microsoft Intune.
- Configure MDM User scope. Specify which users' devices should be managed by Microsoft Intune.
- Use the default values for the following URLs: MDM Terms of use URL.
- Select Save.
Trying out Intune is free for 30 days. If you already have a work or school account, sign in with that account and add Intune to your subscription. Otherwise, you can sign up for a new account to use Intune for your organization. You can't combine an existing work or school account after you sign up for a new account.
Microsoft Intune is a standalone product included with certain Microsoft 365 plans, while Basic Mobility and Security is part of the Microsoft 365 plans.
Go to All apps and select the Settings app. Select System > About. Under Device information, find the Version.
Unlike MDM, Intune is not a built-in feature of Office 365. It's a paid subscription, or you can purchase it with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS). Intune is a cloud-based mobile management platform. It's a feature-rich solution that offers not only MDM, but also Mobility Application Management (MAM).
Intune is SCCM's mobile device and application management counterpart. Unlike SCCM it is cloud native and is used to deliver software updates to mobile devices. It is part of Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) suite.
Select Windows as the app type, and enter the Microsoft store URL for the app. Select Managed Google Play as the app type, search for the app, and select the app in Intune. Select Windows 10 under Microsoft 365 Apps as the app type, and then select the Microsoft 365 app that you want to install.
Once deployed, you can manage Windows 10 devices with: Microsoft Intune.
In practivcal terms, you really cannot have Intune with Azure AD. In the same way that Windows Group Policy helped deliver and manage settings for Windows domain join machines, Intune is the mobile device management tool that integrates with Azure AD in order to manage settings as well.
