On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: In the Music app, tap Library > Downloaded Music. A message that says "Showing only music on this [device]" appears at the top of the screen. Tap Library in the upper-left corner to see all of your music. On your Mac or PC: In iTunes, click Library.
Download music from Apple Music to your iPhone
- Download a song, album or playlist: Tap. after adding music.
- Always download music: Go to Settings > Music, then turn on Automatic Downloads.
- See download progress: On the Library screen, tap Downloaded Music, then tap Downloading.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You can also view what songs are actually stored in iCloud Music Library by doing the following:
- Open iTunes.
- Select My Music from the drop down menu.
- Select Songs from the sidebar.
- Go to the View menu and select Show View Options.
- Check the iCloud Download checkbox.
To turn on iCloud Music Library:
- Open iTunes.
- From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Edit > Preferences.
- Go to the General tab and select iCloud Music Library to turn it on. If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you won't see an option to turn on iCloud Music Library.
- Click OK.
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > [your Apple ID] > and tap Sign Out. Wait a few seconds and then go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and sign back in and now try to turn on iCloud Music Library. You can restore your device either from an iCloud backup or an iTunes backup.

Syncing the music to your iPhone or iPad
