To change your clock face:
- With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
- Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.

What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?

If your Fitbit Versa won't turn on all of a sudden, it's possible that its battery may have simply lost power. If that's not the case, it's also possible that the battery has simply run out of juice. Lithium-polymer Batteries don't lose 100% power. If that does occur, the battery needs to be replaced.
Reset the Fitbit Versa 2
- Press and hold the left button until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take roughly 10 - 15 seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, let go of the buttons.
- Once complete, you should be prompted to open the Fitbit app and set up your device.
Hard Reset FITBIT Versa 2
- First, turn on the watch.
- After that swipe left on the screen until you see the Settings icon.
- Once in Settings, scroll down and tap on the About.
- Next, scroll down and find Factory Reset.
- Finally, tap Reset to confirm and start the resetting process.
- Wait until FITBIT logo appears on the screen.

Secondly, Fitbit does not issue any device exchanges. Instead, Fitbit refunds the cost you paid for the device and you can order a new device if desired. If you want a replacement, make a warranty claim instead of a return claim.
Use the physical buttons.There are three buttons on the Versa. The left button acts as a Back button when viewing an app. A long-press of the left button also opens the quick settings screen where you'll find music controls, Fitbit Pay on the special edition Versa and quick toggles for auto-wake and notifications.

- Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
- Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically.
