Go to your online outlook calendar (hotmail.com/outlook.com) via select Calendar > Birthday Calendar (do not uncheck it click on the title) > Under "Reminders" remove anything you do not want.
Delete a birthday event
- At the bottom of the page, select. to go to Calendar.
- In the Birthday calendar, select the birthday you want to remove, and then select Delete. Note: Deleting the birthday will remove the event from your calendar but it will not delete the contact.
To check if you have any archived Calendar details, open Outlook, click on Calendar, then select Folder from the top menu, then click on Calendar Properties, then click on the Auto/Archive tab & see what your settings are. If the setting is Do Not Archive items in this Folder, then they are probably lost.

How to delete calendars on your iPhone and iPad
- Launch the Calendars app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on Calendars at the bottom.
- Tap on Edit at the top.
- Tap on the calendar you'd like to delete.
- Tap on Delete Calendar. It's located all the way at the bottom.
- Tap Delete Calendar one more time on the popup that appears.
On the View tab, in the Current View group, click Change View, and then click List. Click the Subject column heading to arrange all the calendar items by subject. Hold down CTRL while you click each duplicate calendar item in the list. When you have selected all of the duplicate calendar items, press DELETE.
A common cause of duplicate calendars is using both iCloud and iTunes to sync. If you are using iCloud to sync calendars, connect your iPhone to your computer, launch iTunes and deselect the "Sync Calendars" option in iTunes.

Remove a Synced Stanza Calendar from iPhone (iOS 13)

To get the Calendar back on iPhone:

Create a new calendar on your iPhone. Let's call it 'Unwanted' Go to your unwanted iPhone event, open it, then move it to 'Unwanted' After you have moved your unwanted event to 'Unwanted', simply delete the 'Unwanted' calendar from your iPhone.

Sync multiple calendars on iPhone/iPad/iPod
- On your iPhone's home screen, click "Settings"
- Tap "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
- Tap "Add Account"
- Select "Microsoft Exchange"
- Enter the following Data into the next screen:
- Tap "Next"
- If an "Unable to Verify Certificate" dialog appears, click "Accept"
- A new "Server" field will have appeared.
In Outlook, choose File > Info > Cleanup Tools > Mailbox Cleanup.
- First, choose the View Mailbox Size option which scans the size of your mailbox and all of the subfolders.
- Next, pick the options to Find older or larger items which you can delete directly from the results to cleanup the Outlook mailbox size.
Click on the "Change View" button and choose the "List" option. Click on any calendar event to highlight it. Press "Ctrl-A" to select all calendar entries. Click on the "Delete" button in the top toolbar to remove the calendar entries.
Open Outlook. Click the “Folder” tab. Select “Recover Deleted Items” from the “Clean Up” group. Click the item you want to recover from the Recover Deleted Items dialog box, and then click the Recover Selected Items button.

Method 1 Delete Calendar Events from Calendar Application on iPhone/iPad
- Step 1: Launch your Calendar App on your iPhone/iPad.
- Step 2: Click on "Calendar" at the button of the app.
- Step 3: Select the "Edit" button at the top of the screen.
- Step 4: Select the calendar event that you would want to delete.
Double-press the Home button to open the multitasking menu. Tap and hold the Calendar icon until it jiggles. Tap the "X" to remove it from the list.
Change the default calendar
- Click File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings.
- In the Account Settings dialog box, click the Data Files tab. It shows you a list of all your accounts.
- Select the account in which you want your calendar information stored by default, and then click Set as Default.
- Click Close.
Go to your outlook calendar via the internet (on your PC). Click on the settings cog and click on "options." Under "Select when to delete your completed tasks," select "Never." I have done this, and ALL my appointments still show. I think that also resurrected all the old "deleted" appointments!
