By default, your calendar settings should be set to "Free / Busy Time", which means that other users viewing your calendar can see the time blocks of your appointments but cannot see the details of your meeting.
If you want to show out of office you can set an out of office meeting in your calendar that is marked as out of office and Teams will pick this up and change your status as such. You can also set your automatic replies in outlook to set out of office for extended periods.
Step 2: In the Appointment window, click the Show As: box in the Options group on the Appointment tab. There are five options in the drop down list of Show As: box: Free, Tentative, Busy, Out of Office, and Working Elsewhere. You can select one of them based on your needs.
That's where time blocking comes in. Time blocking (and its close cousins time boxing, task batching, and day theming) is a simple, yet effective way to take back control of your workday.

Interactive Design Tool: Elon Musk Uses Siemens NX and Leap Motion.
Elon Musk's daily routine can be summed up as work, eat, sleep, with work taking up a bulk of that time. The majority of Musk's work hours (at least 90% according to Quartz) are split between Tesla and SpaceX, while the rest of the time he spends on other ventures, where he is a co-founder, investor, or executive.
Musk has acknowledged that his team has also put in long hours this year, sometimes up to 100 hours a week. Still, during the toughest moments this year, he said, there were times “I would just sort of sleep for a few hours, work, sleep for a few hours, work, seven days a week.”

If your lunch break is for an hour, that gives you plenty of time to:
- Eat slowly and mindfully for 15-20 minutes.
- Go for a walk for 20-30 minutes.
- Get back to work or university lecture with 5-10 minutes to spare.
His lunch is usually just as inconsequential a meal as his breakfast. Whatever his assistant brings him during meetings, he'll “inhale it in five minutes”, he says. Instead, Musk focuses on dinner, which often takes place while working. He said in 2015 that his favourite types of food are French cuisine and barbecues.
