The courses are good courses, the BDS is related to medical field and BPT is related to Para medical field. Both of these professions are very good and respectful. You can choose the course which you like the most. But the scope for BPT is very high in India.
Usually when you take admission in a BDS/Dental college, you are made to sign a seat leaving bond which is basically a document that states that if you leave your course or seat in between the course, you will be entitled to pay a specific amount to the college.
