If you haven't read Tumblr's Privacy Policy, you may not know that the company can track individual viewers as they interact with Tumblr pages. This tracking activity goes on all the time as people from around the world view content that Tumblr bloggers post.
Locate the listing nearest to the time you estimate that you sent the anonymous Ask and expand it to display the user information -- including the individual's IP address, location of access and how long the visit lasted on your blog. Highlight and copy the IP address information.
There actually are simple Likes do not automatically show on your Tumblr page unless your page design has a feature for it. If likes are turned on, people should be able to go to www.tumblr.com/liked/by/[tumblrname] to view the posts.

Choose who can see your blog

Visits is the number of page hits your site has received. Visitors is the number of unique users that have visited your site. Visits should always be greater than Visitors (though there are a few times when this won't be true on very low usage sites due to how the exclusion code works).
