SMS Method: Send SMS HP<Space><STD Code+Distributor's Tel. Number><space>ConsumerNumber. The customer can change or update the mobile number by visiting the profile page of the gas agency.
HPGas Customers can find their 17 digit LPG ID by specifying details such as the Distributor Name and their Consumer Number.
Indane Gas Track Complaint StatusIf the complaint has not been registered or assigned, you can call the customer service number at 1800-2333-555 and inform them of the SRN number. They will escalate the issue as necessary to the relevant Indane Gas executive.

You need to acquire and fill the bank linking form called as Form 1. It is available on the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas website under the downloads section. HP Gas Booking Status
- Log on to either the Google Play Store or Android App Store depending on your device.
- Download the HP Gas app.
- Enter your Distributor Code which can be found on the Transparency Portal.
- Enter your Consumer Number.
- Enter your mobile phone number – the one which was used at the time of registration.
- Hit 'Submit'.

Under this scheme, customer can transfer LPG connection online to his / her preferred distributor which is having common area of operation/market.
SAHAJ (e-SV) - Online Application for New LPG Connection. Apart from the release of online LPG connection, the SAHAJ (e-SV) also indicates the number of cylinders and pressure regulators given to the customer against the security deposit.
Now you can register for a new connection online. To start the registration process, please keep your Proof of Address (POA) and a Proof of Identity (POI) ready. Alternatively you can avail a new e-KYC facility provided to you using your Aadhaar Number and OTP sent to your mobile by UIDAI.
To change one of your registered phone / mobile number, dial the IVRS number from the same registered phone number and select the 4th option "Change of Personal registration number"; then System will ask you to press 1 to cancel your Personal registered Number.
Log onto www.ebharatgas.com and click on the new user tab and enter the details required (name and mobile number). Users who have not registered their phone numbers with Bharat Gas can download a form and update their details. On entering the details, an SMS will be sent to the registered number with sign in details.
Gas Booking Through IVRS:Customers can book a cylinder through the gas company's IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System). The order number and estimated delivery date will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking the cylinder, with the payment to be made on delivery.
To change or update the mobile number in Indane Gas online can be done by three methods. IVRS Method: To change or update the mobile number through the IVRS method, dial the IVRS number from the same registered phone number. Now, select "Change of Personal registration number," the 4th option.
