Login to SBI Internet Banking. After login, click on My Accounts & Profile and open Profile section. In Profile, click on High-security options. Please note, you can transfer money without OTP to the added beneficiary only.
Login to our SBI Card Mobile App, follow these steps:
- Click on menu tab that is on the top left hand side of the app screen.
- Click on yellow colored edit icon next to mobile number.
- Go to quick contact & Click on yellow colored edit icon next to mobile number.
- Generate OTP.
- Enter the OTP received on old registered number.
There are three ways to change your mobile number without visiting the branch:
- Internet banking: By OTP on both the Mobile Number.
- Through SBI ATM: IRATA: Internet Banking Request Approval through ATM.
- Phone banking: Approval through Contact Centre.
To register for SBI SMS banking via SMS, send 'REG<space>Account number' to 09223488888 from your registered mobile number.

- Login to SBI Internet Banking:
- After login, click on My Accounts & Profile tab.
- In profile section, click on Personal Details/Mobile.
- Now you can see Mobile number column where you can see last 2-digits of the registered mobile number.
Yes, you can generate your SBI ATM PIN by sending PIN<last 4 digits of ATM card><last 4 digits of account number> to 567676. You can also use the SBI internet banking or visit your nearest SBI ATM to change the PIN. Besides that, you can also give a call to 18004253800 or 1800112211 and request for a PIN generation.
- Click on the first tab on top panel – 'My Accounts & Profile'.
- Go to 'Profile' on the next page.
- Click on 'Personal Details' link.
- Enter profile password.
- Display Name, Email ID and mobile number registered in internet banking will be displayed.

Tap your profile picture. Tap the Settings your name. Tap Sign in & security. Tap Phone numbers.

Download and install SBI Secure OTP from the play store and apple store. Now open the application and enter your net banking User ID and login password. Next screen tap on Send OTP. Now you will receive an OTP on your bank registered mobile number.
How do I register for a safetoken/OTP?
- Visit an ATM.
- Insert your card.
- Select Quickteller.
- Select "Pay bills"
- Choose your account type.
- Select “Others”
- Enter 322222 as the payment code.
- Enter your phone number as “Customer Reference”
SBI Secure OTP is an OTP generation App for verifying transactions done through SBI Internet Banking and Yono Lite App. The application will replace the need for receiving the OTP for INB transactions via SMS. OTP can be generated using the application after completion of registration process.
You can click on the de-register option provided in the "Settings" menu within the application. Then go to Onlinesbi "Profile>> High Security Option" and deregister the State Bank Secure OTP App from there as well to complete the de-registration process.
So yes two phone numbers can be added but only one mobile number can be linked to the bank account. But if you want to receive SMS alerts and OTP in both the phones then that is not possible. According to the bank guidelines only one number, the first one, gets the alert messages and OTP.
You can send a USSD code by inputting the “*322*0#” combination into your phone. Once you've sent the USSD code, it will show you all the cards you have attached to this number. Choose the bank you need and copy the created OTP code.
You might have noticed that the process to change registered mobile number in Indian Bank is quite easy. It does not take more than 10-15 minutes to complete this process after you visit the Branch.

- Input your ATM card and select the 'Quickteller' option from the ATM menu screen.
- Select 'Pay Bills' from the Quickteller menu list on the ATM screen.
- Select 'Others' for the bill payment menu option list.
- Enter '322222”as the Biller Code.
Add, update or remove phone number
- Open your Google Account.
- Under "Personal info," select Contact info. Phone.
- From here you can: Add your phone number: Next to phone, select Add a recovery phone to help keep your account secure.
- In the box that appears, follow the instructions.
In case you have lost/do not possess the mobile number anymore that is registered in Aadhaar, have to personally visit the nearest Aadhaar update centre for updation of mobile number. In this case you cannot update mobile number through post or online.
How do I register for this application? Enter your Internet Banking(INB) credentials to register for the application. Enter the OTP received in your INB registered mobile number and set your mPIN to complete the one time registration for the App.
Try inserting your Circles. Life SIM card into another handset. Once you've done that, request for the OTP again. If you successfully receive the OTP on a different handset, the issue could be due to an SMS blocker on your handset.
